Data Protection
How we handle your information
What this website collects, why, and what it stores in your browser.

Who is responsible
NANOvitra for Cosmeceutical Manufacturing, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt, is responsible for the information collected through this website.
To confirmThe contact point for data protection enquiries, and the postal address in full, are to be supplied by NANOvitra before launch.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. Through the contact form that is your name, email address, phone number and region, and your company and message if you give them. If you apply for a role, it is your name, contact details, address and city, the role and job type you are applying for, the CV you upload, and a profile link if you add one.
Each submission is sent to the NANOvitra team by email; this website does not keep a copy of it. When you apply for a role, we also send one automatic confirmation to the email address you give.
We do not build profiles, and we do not buy or enrich contact data from third parties.
Why we hold it, and for how long
Enquiries are used to answer you and to assess a possible business relationship. Applications are used to assess your suitability for the role you applied for, and for other roles we think may suit you unless you ask us not to.
To confirmRetention periods for enquiries and for unsuccessful applications are to be set by NANOvitra.
Cookies and what this site stores
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking. Two values may be stored in your own browser, and neither is sent to us: a flag remembering that you have already seen the opening animation, which is cleared when you close the browser, and, if measurement is ever switched on, your answer to the consent banner.
If we do add analytics, nothing will be measured until you agree, and you will be able to change your answer from the link in the footer.
To keep automated spam out of our forms, the contact and application forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs in the background while a form is open and checks that it is being filled in by a person, using technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address. It is used for nothing else.
Who else sees it
Messages and applications reach the NANOvitra team. On the way they pass through the companies that run this website for us, who process the data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own: Vercel, which hosts the website; Zoho, which carries our email; and Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service checks submissions for spam.
To confirmThe countries where each provider stores this data, and the data processing terms in place with them, are to be confirmed by NANOvitra before launch.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.
To confirmThe wording of this section, and the statutory rights and timeframes it refers to, are to be confirmed by NANOvitra’s legal counsel against Egyptian data protection law before this page goes live.
